What is RUNNING?
Running is not just a hobby for me, it’s a passion that has been a part of my life for years. Something about the rhythmic pounding of feet on the pavement is both freeing and calming. It’s a feeling that I can’t quite describe, but it’s one that keeps me coming back for more.
I started running as a way to stay in shape for life. But it didn’t take long for me to realize that running was more than a means to an end. It became a way to clear my mind, push myself to new limits, and feel truly alive.

Over the years, I have run countless races, from 5Ks to marathons. Each race has been a challenge, but also a reminder of what I am capable of achieving with hard work and dedication.
What I love most about running is that it’s a solo sport, but it also brings people together. I have made lifelong friends through running and races, and there is a sense of camaraderie among runners that is hard to find elsewhere.
Running has taught me so much about myself – about perseverance, discipline, and the importance of setting and achieving goals. It has become a part of who I am, and I can’t imagine my life without it.
What is it that fuels you?
